How we work
Don’t worry about our lack of a showroom; we’ll bring the experience to you. Enjoy the convenience of staying at home whilst we visit. From beginning to end, you’ll have a splendid time, and you can relax knowing you’re in good hands throughout the process.
This is a journey we will go on together but some of the basics once we have received your initial enquiry are:
Home visit
We will arrange a home visit with you to chat through details such as:- likes and dislikes, thoughts on colour or door style; worktops; appliances; and ideas you might have on design; even room changes you might need to make. We will also bring brochures; door samples; and colour swatches for you to view.
Whilst we are there we will measure and photograph the space to enable us to create the final concept.
We will also connect with you on Whatsapp so that you can share any inspiration images you like.
Create your design
We will then go away and create your design with the information we have gathered from you. We may be back in touch during this process with further questions.
As the design comes together we will produce CAD drawings to enable you to really visualise how the room will look.
We will arrange another appointment to come and present you with the initial concept. We can then discuss any changes you would like to make to the design and get a better idea of the finishes you would like to use ( Door styles, worktop finishes etc) when you are happy with the design we can then provide you with a detailed quote.
Now the real fun begins
Once all these details have been agreed upon paperwork with all the details and our business terms will be produced for you to sign. A date for delivery and fitting of the kitchen will also be agreed.
You may choose to have your own fitter to install your kitchen or we can supply one for you. Our fitter would be in touch with you directly and will quote you on fitting, your contract is directly with them to avoid additional costs or delays.
Of course we will be on hand to insure delivery goes smoothly; be available to communicate regularly with the fitter and yourselves over any technical issues or queries; make regular home visits to oversee the fitting; plus a final visit with yourselves to hand over your kitchen.
